Talk to us before you buy anything
We are a small team and we answer our own email. If you are not sure which exam you should be sitting, whether the course covers what you need, or you have hit a problem with your account, write to us — you will get a person, not a ticket number.
The fastest way to reach us for anything account-related — access, passwords, payments, refunds:
Please include the email address you used to buy or to start your trial. It makes finding your account immediate rather than a back-and-forth.
There is a WhatsApp study group for candidates, with mentor support, and it is also the quickest way to ask a short question before you commit to anything.
Before you write: the quick answers
A lot of what reaches us is already answered somewhere on the site, usually faster than we can reply:
- Which exam should I sit? The ORE versus LDS comparison, or the GDC registration overview if you are at the very start.
- What is actually in the course? ORE Part 1 and LDS Part 1, or compare the two.
- Is it any good? Do not take our word for it — three hours of the whole course are free, no card, and there is a 100-question mock that needs no account at all.
- How do refunds work? Refunds and cancellation.
- Anything else? The FAQ covers access, devices, sharing and the two locked sections.
Who you are dealing with
The Arch is managed by The Arch Pathway Administrative Consultancy, registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are an independent preparation provider: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the General Dental Council, the Royal College of Surgeons of England, any other examining body, or any textbook publisher.
We cannot book your exam for you, cannot influence a result, and cannot advise on visas or immigration. What we can do is help you decide whether our course fits the exam you are sitting.
Response times
We usually reply within one working day. If you have paid and not received your access email, check your spam folder first, then write to us with the email address you paid with and we will sort it out.
Rather just try it?
One course per exam, £199, three years’ access — and three hours of the whole thing free before you decide. Or a 100-question mock exam with no sign-up at all.
